Kate Stower, University of MN Humphrey School graduate research assistant took us through the research and findings along with our partner, Linda Kingery, Executive Director of the NW Regional Sustainable Development Partnership (RSDP).

Grad Student
Kate Stower is a graduate student in the Urban and Regional Planning Program at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, focusing on rural development and public engagement. She will graduate in May 2021. In her free time she enjoys camping, boating, and exploring with her husband and three kids. As a former social studies educator, Kate is passionate about expanding women’s civic leadership and is currently working to establish women’s networks in Northwestern Minnesota with the 100 in 100 project.
Linda Kingery
Executive Director
Linda Kingery is the Executive Director for the Northwest Regional Partnership. She enjoys the dialog and collaboration that lead to new capacity and resilience in the region. She has been involved in natural resource and community development in the Red River Basin for many years. Prior to her current position, she managed public infrastructure and watershed projects for the Red River Regional Council.
