Holly Hagstrom

Holly Hagstrom is a Master of Public Health student at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities pursuing a major in Public Health Administration and Policy and graduate minors in Bioethics and Health Equity. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College in 2020 with majors in Philosophy, Political Science, and Spanish. Holly hopes to apply her public health policy education to improve reproductive health outcomes in rural communities. Jasmine Terry

Jasmine Terry (she/her) is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. As a part of her studies, Jasmine worked on the Civic Mentorship Network with 100 Rural Women. Previously an intern, Jasmine was excited to be back as a graduate student with 100 Rural Women! In her free time, Jasmine likes to exercise, read, hang out with friends and family, and eat ice cream!

Kate Stower

Kate Stower was a graduate student in the Urban and Regional Planning Program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, focusing on rural development and public engagement. She graduated in May 2021. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, and exploring with her husband and three kids. As a former social studies educator, Kate is passionate about expanding women’s civic leadership and is worked to establish the pilot project in Northwestern Minnesota with the 100 in 100 Project.

Naa Korkoi Larmie

Naa Korkoi (she/her) was an international student at the University of Minnesota from Ghana, West Africa. She is in the Master of Human Rights Program, with a concentration on children’s rights and education. Together with her team, she worked on a capstone project that identifies barriers to rural women running for an elected position and supports that are available for these women. In her downtime, you will find her reading fictional books or watching movies and series (mostly Chinese and Korean dramas).

Delaney Stekr

Delaney Stekr was a graduate student at the University of Minnesota who worked on the 100 Rural Women interviews project. She was pursuing a Masters in Public Policy focusing on election administration and working on applying to law school. Her undergraduate degree was also from the University of Minnesota in Political Science and History. Delaney brought experience with qualitative research and data analysis. She was also the captain of the Women’s Soccer team at the University of Minnesota.

Caitlyn Walker

Caitlyn Walker (she/her) was in the Master of Public Policy program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, focusing on local governance and policy. She worked on the 100 in 100 project as part of her graduate studies capstone project. In her free time, she likes to read, be active, and spend time with friends and family.

Delaine Anderson

Delaine Anderson (she/her) was a graduate research assistant who worked on the 100 in 100 Project. She completed her Master of Public Health program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities focused on maternal and child health. She is now going to medical school to become a rural OB-GYN. Delaine brought to the 100 Rural Women team experience with qualitative research and statistical analysis. When she isn’t nerding out behind the keyboard she loves knitting and playing with her cats (or knitting tiny sweaters for her cats).
