A Conversation Around Holistic Well-being and Women’s Reproductive Health

Held Wednesday, July 26th at 12:00 pm CT

The Women’s Foundation of Minnesota wants to hear ideas and perspectives from women and girls of all ages in rural Minnesota to help inform a new funding area titled Holistic Wellbeing and Reproductive Justice. We hosted a one hour zoom session on Wednesday, July 26th from 12:00 – 1:00 to bring voices to this process.

The information gathered will be used by the Women’s Foundation to design a new funding area in the winter of 2023-24 and it is important that we bring rural voices into our planning process. Thank you for your time and insight!

Questions we are interested in hearing your thoughts on include:

  1. What does holistic wellbeing mean to you? What barriers exist for you to feel fully well?
  2. How do you think toxic stress and trauma impacts women’s health and wellbeing?
  3. When you think about women’s reproductive health, what is most important to you? This might include everything from menstruation to childbearing, family planning and/or menopause.
  4. What is the story you want shared about the needs in this area related to holistic wellbeing and women’s reproductive health?
Suzanne has short grey hair and black framed glasses. She wears a green scarf over a grey turtle neck sweater.

This session will be hosted by Suzanne Koepplinger.
