Overview
A Conversation Around Holistic Well-being and Women’s Reproductive Health
Held Wednesday, July 26th at 12:00 pm CT
The Women’s Foundation of Minnesota wants to hear ideas and perspectives from women and girls of all ages in rural Minnesota to help inform a new funding area titled Holistic Wellbeing and Reproductive Justice. We hosted a one hour zoom session on Wednesday, July 26th from 12:00 – 1:00 to bring voices to this process.
The information gathered will be used by the Women’s Foundation to design a new funding area in the winter of 2023-24 and it is important that we bring rural voices into our planning process. Thank you for your time and insight!
Questions we are interested in hearing your thoughts on include:
- What does holistic wellbeing mean to you? What barriers exist for you to feel fully well?
- How do you think toxic stress and trauma impacts women’s health and wellbeing?
- When you think about women’s reproductive health, what is most important to you? This might include everything from menstruation to childbearing, family planning and/or menopause.
- What is the story you want shared about the needs in this area related to holistic wellbeing and women’s reproductive health?
This session will be hosted by Suzanne Koepplinger.
