Tracey has been Marcell Township Clerk since 2016 and has served as an Election Judge. She is also the Adult Education Manager and Regional Transitions Coordinator for the AEOA – Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency in norther MN and has been active with Adult Education for 29 years.
