This webinar explores challenges, opportunities, and innovative solutions for addressing the housing needs for us as we age in rural communities.
The webinar featured an expert panel including Jennifer Ho, Commissioner of Minnesota Housing, Carrie Henning-Smith, PhD, Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota and Co-Director of the Rural Health Research Center, and Nate Dorr, Housing Capacity Building Program Manager with the Greater Minnesota Housing Foundation and Rural Tribal Capacity Building Program. Cathy McLeer, State Director of AARP Minnesota will be moderating the discussion.
The webinar is a collaboration between Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging, 100 Rural Women, Age Friendly Minnesota, and University of Minnesota School of Public Health’s Center For Healthy Aging and Innovation (CHAI).
